Product 03 — DAC Board

DAC Board

An electronic control board converting controller PWM signals into 12-bit analog voltage. It fits any system that needs hydraulic valve or motor control or signal conversion — with circuit and firmware designed in house, channel count, output range and connectors are configured to the customer's system.

Overview Digital-to-Analog Control Board

ANGUK RND DAC board — housed unit with 2-channel PWM input and analog output

DAC BOARD — housed unit · 2-ch PWM in / analog out

An electronic control board that converts controller PWM signals into analog voltage for valves, actuators and other drives — an interface between digital controllers and analog-input devices. 12-bit resolution provides smooth, precise analog control, and built-in over-voltage, over-current and reverse-polarity protection keeps it stable on vehicle and machine power systems. In series production for an attachment manufacturer since 2025 — field-proven in real equipment.

  • 12-bit resolution — the output precision fine flow and speed control requires
  • Protected by design — over-voltage, over-current and reverse-polarity protection, plus protected PWM inputs
  • 2-channel configuration — two independent PWM inputs converted separately
  • Customizable to specification — channel count, output range and connectors configured to your system (see customization below)

Applications

Where it fits

An interface board for anywhere a digital controller's PWM output meets an analog-input device — engineered for machine environments with vibration and temperature swings.

Construction equipment · attachments

Analog control of hydraulic proportional valves — converting the signal in between when a PWM-only controller drives an analog-input valve.

Hydraulic valve control Proportional control

Motor & actuator drives

Control of motor drivers and actuators that take an analog speed command — 12-bit resolution produces smooth speed and position commands.

Speed command 12-bit precision

Signal interfacing

Bridging digital control systems and legacy devices that only accept analog input — useful for modernizing a control system without replacing devices.

Signal conversion Keep legacy devices

Vehicle & industrial electronics

Connects directly to machine power up to DC 24 V, with over-voltage, over-current and reverse-polarity protection built in for stable operation.

Up to DC 24 V Protected by design

Reference

Key customer & application — attachment manufacturer

In series production for a construction-equipment attachment manufacturer since 2025 — converting controller PWM signals into analog control signals for the hydraulic system.

  • Series production — started in 2025, in continuous supply
  • Customer-specific build — connector and housing supplied to the customer's system specification
  • In-house design — circuit and firmware done in house, responding directly to specification changes

Customization

Customized to your specification

Circuit design and firmware are both done in house — so on a board platform proven in series production, we can quickly build the configuration your system needs.

I/O configuration

Channel count, output voltage range and scaling, differential or single-ended output — adjusted to the input specification of the driven device.

Firmware & control logic

PWM input interpretation, conversion characteristics (scaling, offset) and filtering implemented at firmware level to the application's requirements.

Mechanical & connectors

Housing geometry and connector type built to the machine's mounting space and wiring specification.

Power & protection

Supply specification and protection configuration (over-voltage, over-current, reverse polarity, input protection) reviewed and applied to the machine's electrical environment.
